David Pointon

Playing History

David started playing euphonium at Box Lane School in 1968 under the instruction of Bill Baker and Charlie Cooke.
He joined Berisfords Junior Band and progressed to play with the senior band up to 1998.
He joined United Co-op Band (Crewe)in 1998 on euphonium where he has remained for the last ten years including periods of time as Principal euphonium.

David is employed by Siemens AD & SD
He is married to Jill who is an avid supporter of the Band.
